Our 2-Step Power Washing Service For Cleaning & Disinfecting Approach Is Safe & Effective For Any Type Of Surface
A low-pressure power wash application of our non-toxic detergent is followed by a high volume, low-pressure rinse using a full flow 8 gallon per minute pressure washer. This method removes all stains effectively and completely.
Power washing with our specialized house washing treatment results in a 100% fully cleaned and sterilized structure! Our power washing machines are calibrated for lower pressures to insure safe thorough cleaning without damaging the sidings.
Apply Disinfecting Detergent
We begin with a low-pressure power washing application of a disinfecting detergent using a chemical injection feature of our power washing units. Detergents with properly balanced ph lift stains and hold them in suspension, eventually dissolving organic staining like mold and mildew.
Low-Pressure Rinse
After a short waiting period, we follow up with a high volume, low-pressure rinse. We calibrate our power washing system to operate at lower pressure instead of high pressure to clean sidings. We typically use 100 to 200psi — there is no reason to use pressures in the thousands of psi. Instead, we use our full flow 8 gallon per minute pressure washer (most rental pressure washing machines are 4 gallons per minute at best). With our high volume & low-pressure method, we eliminate the risk of any damage to your property!

We Only Use Safe Detergents That Guarantee Long-Lasting Results
Some power washing companies in New Jersey still use high pressure to blast every stain. This is no longer necessary since the inventions of proper detergents.
98% of the stains found on a home are organic such as mold and mildew. Power-washing the surface alone is not going to address the underlying problem. You need a full sanitizing treatment to remove any residue that would allow the stain to regenerate.

We use professional grade detergents with proper ph calibration to safely and effectively remove mold, mildew and other forms of general pollutants. Our bleach-based detergents leave behind no residual toxicity and biodegrade back to sodium chloride (table salt).
